  5. ultimate.maker says:

    @keywoodworks Iโ€™ve learned the hard way more than Iโ€™d like to admit.

  6. ultimate.maker says:

    @thepaintedfarmclockery itโ€™s very handy.

  7. keywoodworks says:

    @ultimate.maker I may or may not have cut out three simple numbers and forgot tabs which shot them across the shop ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ

  8. ultimate.maker says:

    @keywoodworks oh yes. I caught my piece on fire because a part came loose and Jammed up the router so it just sat there and burned. Luckily I was halfway paying attention and caught it before it got out of control.

  9. crinklawwoodworksco says:

    Genius! I hate when it cuts through and the end mill keeps going causing the lettering to shift into the cut line and get chewed up. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

  10. bruntmichaelvan says:

    They make narrow cutting blades [email protected] great on tight curves

  11. bass_4_reel says:

    Ever try a two flute. 1/4 down cutter.. Do it in three passes with a lead in and out. The last two passes will leave enough cip load to keep your parts from shifting... If they are not nested right to the edge of your material.

  12. doitprojects says:

    Iโ€™m on board. Thatโ€™s awesome. Now I just need to get one ๐Ÿ˜

  13. deemer_designs says:

    Man i would love to get my hands on that @tacklifetools oscillating tool for work having to cut out drywall for our electrical outlets

  14. ultimate.maker says:

    @deemer_designs it would definitely be handy for that!!

  15. ultimate.maker says:

    @doitprojects Hahahaha their only sold on amazon I believe.

  16. ultimate.maker says:

    @bass_4_reel Ok Mathew we may be talking more in the future. You seem like you actually know what your doing.

  17. ultimate.maker says:

    @bass_4_reel Matthew* sorry

  18. ultimate.maker says:

    @bruntmichaelvan Iโ€™ll definitely be getting some ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘Š

  19. ultimate.maker says:

    @crinklawwoodworksco Hahahaha yep thatโ€™s the worst!

  20. bass_4_reel says:

    @ultimate.maker I have been in the custom sign industry for years. I am always happy to reach out for suggestions. And answer any questions . Great work Btw. Love to see people making things with these personal cnc machines.

  21. deemer_designs says:

    @ultimate.maker Oh yeah definitely would be! It looks very light weight compared to others that look all bulky and heavy.... how is the battery life on it?

  22. bruntmichaelvan says:

    @ultimate.maker when you eventually wear the teeth off you can put some self adhesive sandpaper on them and use them as detail sanders.

  23. projectgoble says:

    That is definitely the best way I have seen to cut tabs. I use a jigsaw with a scroll blade that is the best option I have.

  24. ingenerum says:

    This definitely seems the best tool to remove tabs... I guess that you wonโ€™t need much sanding afterwards. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

  25. ultimate.maker says:

    @ingenerum not much sanding at all.

  26. weldaywoodworks says:

    Whatโ€™s the reason for tabs?

  27. elevatedgrain716 says:

    How have I never thought of this. Thanks for the tip

  28. ultimate.maker says:

    @weldaywoodworks it keeps the pieces that your cutting off from flying across your shop.

  29. ultimate.maker says:

    @elevatedgrain716 I thought the same thing lol.

  30. 09tako says:

    @ultimate.maker Genius! How did you incorporate the tabs into the design?
